You must help Hector Complete his gaols at HMS Amore.
Unlockable: Jugen House
You must fullfill Toothless Joe's aspirations until your Sim gets "Visit New Location" as an aspiration. Then go back to Tranquility Falls, and help Chantel.
Unlockable: Sunset Canyon
You must bring Helga, Billy, and Sheila back to life, make a kitchen, clean up a mess, buy beds, and build a bathroom.
Unlockable: Tranquility Falls
You must fullfill Larry's wants and get him in a platinum mood. Do the same with Chantel.
Unlockable: Bio Dome
Make sure Noelle completes one full career.
